Neurotech Microcredential Program: 2024 Capstone Project Course
The Neurotech Microcredential Program's Capstone Project Course is an intensive 2-week experiential learning program conducted in person. Attendees receive introductory workshops in neurotechnologies available in the Queen's Neurotech Discovery Lab, including EEG (gtec Unicorn and OpenBCI Galea), fNIRS (NIRx), MRI (3T Siemens Prisma), Markerless motion capture (Theia Markerless), Eye tracking (AdHawk), Robotic neurological assessment (Kinarm), Neuromodulation (Magstim TMS). Additionally, they attend lectures in team building, neuroentrepreneurship, neuroethics, and regulatory affairs. They also form small teams to conduct a neurotechnology project with professor and TA facilitation, which they present at the end of the two weeks to industry partners and professors.
